Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order and provides an order number for your reference.
  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping within the United States. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.

  • International Shipping: We offer standard international shipping at a flat rate of $20. Delivery times may vary based on the destination, but typically take 10-15 business days.

Shipping Carriers

  • We use USPS as our primary shipping carrier. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at hello@siete.nyc. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
