Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy for domestic (U.S.) and non-EU orders, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are accepted at the discretion of the seller and are issued as store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (if eligible), and then place a new order.
For EU Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. In accordance with EU consumer laws, eligible returns from EU customers will be refunded to the original payment method, not store credit.
To qualify, items must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Refunds
For eligible returns, we will notify you once we've received and inspected the item. If approved, your refund will be issued as store credit (except for EU customers exercising their 14-day right, who will receive a refund to the original payment method). Please allow up to 10 business days for processing. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at hello@siete.nyc.
